Summary
Coxswain, which refers to the person responsible for a rowing boat in some manner, seems like the correct name for a template with a boat in the image. Yes, those things you see are the flag masts -- but not of a boat, though it looked like they might have been -- and not x-rayed bones. When I found the word, I was going to use an image that showed a boat in the middle of the ocean, and everything is peaceful, but that went right out the window as soon as I saw the picture of boats (it looked like a scene worthy of Pirates of Caribbean).
